Daria Bazhenova is 25 years old and she has been pole dancing for 3 years. She has been giving Pole Dancing lessons as a professional for a year. In December, 2014 she came in third at the International Pole Dance Contest. She passed the test in September, 2015 and earned her Pole Educator Certificate from European Pole Sport and Workout Union. She travels abroad for 2 months to practice Pole Dancing when she’s on a break. She trains in Petersburg, Moscow and Prag. She attended Barcelona Pole Dance Camp last summer. She says, she is pole dancing with passion and it isn’t enough to call it as a hobby.
In 2008, she inspired by a pole dancing performance that she was watching, and decided on learning it. She was practicing with foreigner professional dancers but they weren’t staying in Turkey more than a month. Thus, she couldn’t finish her practices. Afterwards, she attended Afrocubanos Dance School, and pole dancing was a new kind of branch. She begun to train there and kept practicing in her spare times. She had Mr. Sait’s supports during it. She improved and stretch her musles by practicing yoga and pilates. And in 2015, she attended Anastasia Sokolova’s course of pole dancing which is new in Turkey.
